After a short wind delay a shifty northwest wind over 10 knots filled in around 11 AM. The current coming in was pushing boats over the starting line resulting in several general recalls. PRO Nat Paine set the W-L-W-Finish race course out toward Fort Gorges and had the sailors rotate on the water between races 2 and 3. After a lunch break the final set was sailed in somewhat lighter wind. Scoring Note: Unregistered NESSA Southern ME 1 is the Southern Maine High School team based at SailMaine and the team scored as Unregistered NESSA Southern ME 2 is really Brewster Academy, which has not yet activated its registration for this season.
