VISA NA Silver Team Race (2v2)

For the VISA Team Race Regatta hosted by Norfolk Academy on September 20, 2014 @ Norfolk Yacht and Country Club 14 teams from 17 schools met to compete in two divisions sailing concurrently on two courses. Sailors enjoyed flat seas and variable winds with puffs from 5-13 knots. Five teams and one ghost boat (shown in the scores as ISSA) competed in 3v3 team racing in the gold division to determine the first 5 places for the regatta. Nine teams competed in 2v2 team racing in the silver division. Scores for silver division were kept simultaneously on an excel spreadsheet and in Techscore using assumed 5th and 6th place for unsailed third boats for each team. The excel spreadsheet governs as the more accurate regatta record, and also gives places for the combined silver and gold divisions.
