12 JV teams from VISA schools met at Christchurch school on the Rappahannock River to sail in flat seas and westerly winds beginning @ 8 mph and slowing to near to nothing. Course was windward/leeward. Sailors were able to complete 11 races before the regatta was called due to lack of wind.
