Arnold Brown Regatta

Summary

Sunday, September 20:

Sunday, September 20th, 2015.

Teams arrived early to the boathouse and were greeted with overcast skies and a light westerly. Although the sun never came out, the wind increased throughout the day, backed to the north, and finally settled in from the northeast at 10-15. Thank god we didn't get the conditions present Monday as it was gusting over 30 for the entire day.

Racing was tight and the teams were challenged in a variety of conditions. In the end, No one could keep up with Cape Elizabeth, and they came out victorious with 49 points, edging out North Kingston with 68.

A huge thanks to all who made the trip and a special thanks to Alumni, Jesse Thomas and James Ulyatt for helping keep the regatta flowing smoothly.

Congratulations to Cape Elizabeth and good luck at the ACC's.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
