The race course was located near Carolina Yacht Club where viewing and boat rotation took place. Racing started about 10:30 on wind-leeward courses with breeze 8-12 and a flood tide running until about noon. 4A and B races were completed before the breeze died to 5-8 and shifted E,SE with the current change. 3 more A and B races were completed in the lighter breeze finishing about 5PM. Several protests were heard with no DSQ's. Many thanks to Carolina Yacht Club for the use of their facilities and 3 of their boats. Additional thanks to the PRO Miles Martschink and the 15 volunteers manning mark boats, safety boats, scoring, protests, and dock management. Team work resulted in an excellent regatta for all!
