Sailors from across the Twin Cities were greeted with breeze (20-25mph) and cloudy skies upon their arrival on Saturday morning. After a brief skippers meeting, 18 teams assembled on the water for a 9:45am start. 7 races were completed in each division with a total of 14 races overall. Winds moderated throughout the day averaging 16mph by 3:00pm.
A regatta is not successful without the support of our volunteers, thank you to all those who gave their time. LMSS would also like to note the outstanding support on and off the water from our fellow Twin Cities coaches (St. Croix, Wayzata, White Bear, and Calhoun).
