Due to the high northerly winds of 17 kts with gust to 25 kts and waves 5-6 ft high, racing was postponed for the day at 10:30 am. We will continue the racing tomorrow. The report time will be 7:00 am Sunday, Sept 13th.
We started racing early today due to lack of racing Saturday. Six races were completed in both 420 divisions and seven were completed in the laser fleet. Light and variable NNW winds challenged sailors on this beautiful sunny day. Congratulations to the sailors from Arrowhead, Lake Forest, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Kettle Moraine and U Chicago Lab Schools for securing a berth to the Great Lakes Championship. Further congratulations to Arrowhead for qualifying for the Lawrence A. White trophy at the Coast Guard Academy.
Congrats to Carter Cooper for Winning Laser Radials, with Patrick Schmidt in 2nd and James Wagner in 3rd.
Thank you to PRO Cam Bielot and his Race Committee of Loyola and Evanston sailors. Also a big thanks to the Sheridan Shore Yacht Club and The Wilmette Harbor Association for accommodating this awesome event.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
