Our day started later than the typical start for races to begin. This is to allow teams who need to travel a long distance to arrive. Racing was conducted, and 9 races in both divisions were completed. Rain made for a wet start , then cleared and winds held all day. This was the largest State Championship for Michigan with 11 teams, including one new team this season, West Bloomfield. Congratulations to Grosse Pointe South for winning the 2015 Michigan State title!
