Sailors arrived to White Bear Sailing School at 8:00 am to register and rig. A total of 21 teams from around Minnesota came to compete; our largest conference event of the season so far! Racing got underway at 10:00 am. Courses were W/L with an offset and a gate; L4, W3, and W5's were sailed. The breeze started from the E, shifting ENE ranging from 10-15, with gusts up to 20 mph. A total of 8 races were sailed, 4 in each division. There were three protests filed throughout the day, resulting in 2 DSQ's. One redress was granted due to uncontrollable breakdowns of equipment. Thank you to our incredible volunteers for spending their day setting up, serving food, running races, and cleaning up!!!
