Thirteen teams from throughout New England descended on the Leighton Sailing Center for the Polar Bear Open. Sailors were greeting by perfect glassy conditions but a light southerly filled in around noon. Four races were completed in each division in a light SW breeze with a strong flood tide. A big thanks to all the Polar Bears that helped run the land OPS. Congrats to Falmouth for winning the event in convincing fashion.
