The SAISA Charleston Open was sailed in 6-8 kts on a slightly overcast day. There was a strong outgoing current for the entire regatta. Eighteen teams competed in four races in each division and there were several composite teams. Many thanks to the PRO, Harvey McCormick for keeping the racing moving and all of the race committee who manned mark/safety boats. Special thanks to Dan Machowski and Lorraine Perry and Patty Jones for their help scoring etc. especially since Techscore was down.
