Forecast breeze of 10-13 with small oscillations over about 15 degrees, tending right opened the day. During the B set the breeze built up and many boats sailed the course but missed the finish and did not return to finish. A short break was taken after multiple capsizes during the first B division set. Coaches agreed to continue racing and sailors were treated to a beautiful day eventually ending in decreased breeze and eventual left shifts.
