The weather started with light rain, which cleared up in the early morning. Wind started at 3 knts, and died by 1100 hours. There were 12 boats representing 9 schools for the JV teams. NSA finished first followed by York, then Norfolk Collegiate.
Races were stopped due to a lack of wind. As a result not enough races were sailed for the Varsity sailors and the regatta was cancelled for scoring purposes.
