Building southwesterly starting at 13-14 knots with gust to 20. By the time the first race got off the southwesterly was 16 gusting to 25 and built to 20+ knots with gust to 28. Rotations were abandoned due to safety concerns and 3 of 4 boats had breakdown issues. Request for redress were denied and the only boat without breakdowns won the regatta. Congratulations to North Kingston on sailing efficiently and keeping the boat on her feet.
