Sailors were met with moderate temperatures, fair winds, and beautiful skies on the Rapahannock River. Seas were just a bit bumpy. Variable northerly winds were 10-15 mph with gusts to 18 mph.
On the varsity course 11 teams representing 8 schools completed 6 W4 A/B races. Christchurch School Team 1 captured first place, Christchurch School Team 2 took second, and York High School finished in third place.
On the JV course, 8 teams from 7 schools completed 6 single division races. Norfolk Academy took first place, followed by Poquoson High School Team 1, and Grafton High School.
