18 boats participated in the MDISA JV Champs in Hawk Cove at the Baltimore County Sailing Center. Winds were solid from the east between 8-12 knots with lumpy seas. Air temperatures almost reached 70, making for a very pleasant late fall day. RC was able to get 7 races off in each division. Many congrats to Randy Dulin, Dan and Lynn Flanigan, Josh Johns, Susan Davis and Angela Kozlowski for helping with the regatta. Congrats to Severn for the win and Low Point A and to Patuxent HS for Low Point B.
