Big breeze meant no racing today
Better conditions today - fog, drizzle, and shifty breezes from the NE challenged the sailors. After several races, the fleet started to separate themselves. We ran 7 races in the ILCA 7 and ILCA 6 Boys and 5 in the ILCA 6 Girls fleet. Congratulations to Cal Kinnear '25 (The Hotchkiss School- CT) for winning the ILCA 7 fleet for the second time. Conrad Straden '24 (Darien HS - CT) also qualified to represent NESSA ay the Cressy. Perrin Mueller '26 (Tabor Academy - MA) won the inaugural ILCA 6 Girls division, beating out Alice Dunning '25 (North Kingstown HS - RI) in the final race. These two also qualified for the Cressy. And in the ILCA 6 Boys division, Grayden Mott '25 (Tabor Academy - MA) bested Sebastian Sheppard '27 (Greenwich HS - CT) in the final race; both are headed to New Orleans for the Cressy.
Thanks to the Hyannis YC for hosting, as well as the RC team Judy Quinn, Doug Jones, Brent Jansen and John Mooney for keeping the event running smoothly.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
