The NJISA Back to School Regatta featured a beautiful, sunny day for the 15 teams in attendance. While temperatures were nearing 75 degrees, the wind was light and shifty out of the northeast. Velocity ranged from 4 to 8 knots for much of the day, and on multiple occasions, the mark boat had to chase the wind as it tried to go more east. Due to the light wind, only eight races were completed on the day.
Christian Brothers Academy's first team took the victory by winning four of the day's eight races. Southern Regional was three points behind in second place. Toms River South, Delbarton and Donovan Catholic rounded out the top five. CBA 1 was first in A Division, while Southern topped B Division.
Thanks to Dr. Randall Nunn for serving as PRO and to Jason Lutz for running the mark boat. As always, thanks to TRYC and BBYRA for supporting high school sailing.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
