A beautiful late fall evening for our final Thursday Throwdown in Central Ohio. Teams from Hoover and Leatherlips mixed it up for 5 races in NW winds 4-7 knots. PRO Jamie Jones kept the pace moving with little down time after a short postponement at the beginning of the evening.
When the spray settled, the team from TWHS of Mallory and Lyon won the night, followed by Coffman's young team of Brennan and Ike. Rounding out the top 3 was Alex and Quinton from Watty.
This event marked the end of our season series with LYC, and after the results were tallied, Max with his merry band of misfit crew (a different crew for all 3 events) won going away with 8 points, followed by Brennan with 13 and Alex/Quinton in 3rd with 17. Plenty of fun is had at these events where we 'force' our varsity drivers to crew for their JV counterparts. We'll see you all in the spring!
