NJISA 2025 Fall Fleet Championship

Saturday, October 4:

The 2025 NJISA Fall Fleet Championship welcomed 12 teams looking to qualify for the MASSA District regattas later in October. Saturday featured near 80-degree temperatures and sunny skies. A light west wind survived for one set, but died off as race B2 was finishing. After a near hour delay, sailors returned to the water in a southeast seabreeze. Six more W4 races were completed in 5-8 knots before the regatta was paused after race A6.

Christian Brothers Academy ended day one with a nine-point lead. Southern Regional was a solid second place, followed by Donovan Catholic and Toms River South.

Racing is set to resume with B5 on Sunday.
