Girls states got off to a slow start while the boys fleet waited for wind. Around 11:30, the Girls fleet was able to make use of the slowly building, but steady breeze. Shifts were big but came in long phases and proved to be a predictable game. Six races were completed before the time limit was reached. Congratulations White Bear!
