VISA Women's Championship Regatta

The first VISA Women's Regatta at Youth Sailing Virginia on Mill Creek, Fort Monroe was a lively event with swag for all competitors. Sailors enjoyed 6 races with southerly breezes ranging from 10-17 mph with higher gusts, on relatively flat seas. First place went to Ellie Maus and Sarah Smith from Norfolk Collegiate School. Anna Patterson from Hampton High School and Emily Rhodes from Kecoughtan High School took second place. In third place was Kaila Pfrang from Nansemond Academy and Micaela Twisdale from Kecoughtan.
