2019-20 PCISA SoCal 4 Silver

Summary

Saturday, February 1:

What a great weekend of sailing! We had very little breeze forecasted on Saturday, but by 11:30 teams were on the water enjoying a 5-8 knot SW sea breeze that built up to about 10 knots by the end of the day. PRO Cameron MacLaren and the on-water coaches (thanks, guys!) cranked out eight races on Saturday. Sunday dawned cool and foggy, but a southerly was blowing, allowing sailors to start right at 11:00 a.m. and finish by 1:30. In total, our race committee managed 14 races in each fleet (Gold fleet had 16 boats and Silver fleet had 20) and managed to clear out of the club just as the Super Bowl festivities were beginning. Thanks to all for a great regatta!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
