The first ever Louisiana Team Racing Championship was a great success! Wind today was 15-20 mph out of the Northwest with heavy, steep, Lake Pontchartrain chop and temps in the 50s. Boats were rigged with reduced area mainsails to accommodate the conditions. Only two rounds (six races) were completed as rotations on the water were very difficult due to the sea state. Congratulations to Newman for the win.
