Thank you to Nick Ewenson and his SailNewport Race Committee for kicking off the season in squirrely Southeasterly that kept us on our toes. It was a solid start to our series with 4 races and lots of learning. The offset, gate and leeward start/finish helped to manage the fleet with a variety of skill sets. Much thanks to the Portsmouth HS parents for the pizza, brownies and refreshments afterwards.
