Our first ever High School regatta here at CYC 1853! We started off the day right at 10:30am in 10-15 knots at WNW. 15 varsity and 8 junior varsity teams made up the field. we ended in 5 knots of wind at completed 6 races in both divisions and fleets.
The morning started off very chilly right at 10 am. Unfortunately the breeze shifted too often and dropped off too much to set a course, so only 2 races in each division and fleet were completed. Overall it was a great weekend at CYC 1853! A huge THANK YOU to all the parents for volunteering on the water and on land, could not have done it without all of you!!! And congratulations to all the sailors! In the varsity fleet we had Bishop Kenny in 3rd, John T. Hoggard in 2nd and Antilles winning the regatta. In the Junior Varsity fleet we had Academic Magnet in 3rd and John T. Hoggard placing 2nd and 1st.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
