VISA welcomed 14 teams from 9 schools. Races started at 9:37AM with strong winds from the NE. Winds were 15-23 mph gusting to the low 30s.
We completed three races in each division with five boats left standing in the final race.
First place went to Christchurch Seahorses 2, second place went to Hampton Roads Navigators 1 and third place went to Norfolk Academy Bulldogs 1.
