Another amazing day on the water in Columbus!! 13 teams, 18 races, plenty of breeze and plenty of great racing today at the 2024 State Championships!
Many hands make light work, whether it's our registration crew of Kristi, Jen, Wendy and Shari or the kitchen crew of Beth, Kristi, Lisa, Bonnie and Melissa, all of our sailors were well taken care of today. Special thanks to Dave Alvarado (WNHS) for stepping into the PRO role, assisted by Emma Hershey (WKHS '23), Gunnar Gode (NAHS), Dave Schworm (BHS), Nate Ireland (Oakstone) and Kimberly Pasley (OHS), they managed winds gusting well into the 20s through the afternoon plucking soggy kids out of the water when needed, coaxing kids around the course when needed and making sure our courses were straight and true all day long!
Congrats to Rocky River for their 3rd straight State Championship in a row, and especially to Buck and Jacob in B for their picket fence of all bullets!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
