Racing started at 11 am and continued to 5 pm when racing was suspended due to a line of thunderstorms moving in from the west. Wind was from the southwest, 10-20 mph, gusting 20-30 mph. The crews of several boats got baptized in the River Chuck. The first round robin and six races in the second round robin were completed. Many thanks to Michael O'Connor, the head coach of Harvard Sailing, for hosting us on day 1. He promptly handled a small number of breakdowns.
Onto MIT Sailing tomorrow.
