18 teams from 14 schools met at Christchurch school on the Rappahannock River to sail in flat seas and westerly winds beginning @ 8 mph and slowing to near to nothing. Course was a W4, and we were able to complete 4 A division races and 2 B division races. Racing was abandoned shortly before 4:00 and the regatta was officially a nonevent.
