NJISA Fleet Wed Series 5

Summary

Wednesday, October 14:

Eleven schools making up 15 teams sailed four W4 races in each division for a total of eight races for the afternoon/evening off the dock at TRYC. There was a nice 12mph westerly breeze which gradually died down to a shifty 5-8mph for the last set of races as the sun came out from behind the clouds for a picturesque sunset.

The Ranney Panthers finished at the top of the fleet again this week with a 10 point lead over 2nd place Christian Brothers Academy Colts (32 pts) and the Southern Regional Rams in 3rd (39 pts).

A Division was won by CBA, Ranney was 2nd and Rumson- Fair Haven was 3rd. B Division was won by Southern Regional, Ranney was second and Toms River North finished in 3rd.

Thanks again to Dave Magno and Toms River East's Luke Dunton for keep the course set square, Ms. Susan Milnazik for recording scores and TRYC & OCC for the use of their facilities and fleet of boats.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
