NJISA Wed Fleet 10-26

Summary

Wednesday, October 26:

Thirteen New Jersey schools, making a full fleet of 18 boats, descended on the Toms River for the final Wednesday of the fall season. Sailors saw northwest breeze at 5-8 mph, which dropped close to zero as the sun set. Three races were completed in each division, with all W4 sailed, save for the B3 race which was a W2 as the breeze died.

The Southern Regional Rams won the day with 18 points, edging the Christian Brothers Colts by three points. The Colts' team two finished third, followed by Ranney and Trinity Hall.

Thanks to CBA's Jody Lutz who manned the RC this week, with OCC's Billy Warner aiding with mark adjustments. Thank you to the Toms River Yacht Club and OCC Sailing for the use of the facilities and the fleet.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
