PCISA 2016-17 SoCal 2 Gold

Summary

Saturday, November 5:

We had a record turnout at our second SoCal regatta of the season: 31 boats in Gold Fleet and 41 in Silver! The big fleet made for a busy starting line and tight mark roundings, but thanks to solid race committee work by PRO Mac Mace and his crew of parent volunteers, we ran four fun races for our Silver Fleet and five in Gold. The breeze was a bit on the light side (a spotty 5 knots or so), but the weather was great and the sailors enjoyed a beautiful day on the water. Thanks to host club Bahia Corinthian for providing an excellent venue and to Coach Cameron MacLaren for coordinating parent volunteers and facilitating logistics. See everyone at our third regatta on December 11 in Mission Bay!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
