Day one started off with a light 8.5 knot breeze from the ENE. 2 races were sailed before the third race had to be abandoned due to insufficient pressure. Report time for day 2 has been moved up to 0800 to take full advantage of the big breeze forecast.
Competitors were greeted on Day 2 with big breeze and much cooler temperatures. Wind were in the 20-25 knots range with the occasional gust in to the low 30's. 11 races were sailed on a combination of course 4 and 5. Joseph Hou from Newport Harbor HS won the championship by an 8 point margin by staying consistent through the 13 race series. Many thanks to Laser Performance for supplying the boats, the RC and Judges at the St Pete YC and all the competitors for making this such an enjoyable event!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
