Races started on time at 10:30. Temperatures were in the 70s. Winds were out of the SW and oscillating. Wind intensities ranged from 12-19 knots, gusting occasionally to over 20. Two divisions shared a set of 8 well-matched boats. The A division completed 6 races; the B division completed 4. The last race ended at just after 16:00. The last boat docked at 16:15.
The day began with temperatures in the 60s and light winds. During the first race (5B), the wind died completely leading the race committee to abandon that race and postpone until a steady 6 knot breeze returned. Racing continued until approximately 15:15. 3 races were sailed this day for a total of 7 races in two divisions for the regatta. The filing deadlines for protest were: A Division 15:03 and B Division 15:54.
