It was an unusually windy day on Lake Massapoag with sustained winds of 12-18 MPH and gusts in the low twenties in the middle of the day. The first few races saw the wind moving from due south to SSW about 5 degrees in each race. The teams that went right were rewarded until the wind remained consistent from noon until the end of the day. Sailors did a great job in dealing with overpowering gusts. Courses were W 4 throughout the day. Eight races were completed in each fleet. There was one breakdown resulting in redress, and one protest filed resulting in a DSQ.
Special thanks to visiting coaches, Chris Crane, Colin Farrar, and Victoria Guck for their assistance and excellent work in race management. Thanks to Calder Stames for handling the protest.
Congratulations to St. George's for the win and qualifying for the ACCs. Milton Academy finished second, Barrington third, and Barnstable fourth.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
