Sailors were greeted by sunny skies and a great ESE breeze that ranged from 6-10knots throughout the day. Rather than running the typical A/B format with just six teams, we decided to combine both divisions to maximize everyone's time on the water and increase the number of boats on the starting line. Racing started shortly after 10am and a total of eight races were completed before calling it a day. One protest was filed which resulted in a DSQ in Race 2. Thanks to all of our volunteers and competitors for a fantastic day on Lake Mac!
Another fantastic day of racing in Holland, MI! The wind switch around to the northwest and gradually built to about 12knts by the end of the day. A total of four more races were sailed without any protests. Thanks to all of our competitors, coaches, parents, and volunteers for making the 2019 Lake Mac Invite a success! =
