Good morning race fans.
We have 20 teams competing in the MISSA Great Lakes Championship.
Looks like an amazing day. Winds are forecast S/SW at 8-15 knots. We are getting ready to race.
Race committee did a wonderful job and we completed 6 races in A division and 6 in B division.
Incredibly fun and entertaining to see the athletes sail inside Monroe harbor. Having both the MISSA Great Lakes Championship and the Sheperd Championship on 1 race course was creative and worth the effort.
Looking forward to Sunday.
Breeze is from N/NW today. A bit lighter and will probably be a bit shifty.
We are going to have an entertaining day sailing.
Big shout out to all of the Race Committee and volunteers, staff from CYC. Awesome event.
