Sailors arrived for the competitors meeting at 1400 Saturday and were greeted with sunny skies and a 7-9 knot northerly breeze. Racing commenced with the Lasers shortly thereafter and the Radials were started as the Lasers made their way up the windward leg. Courses were windward/leeward with the start/finish in the middle. Three races were completed for both the Lasers and Radials.
Sailors reported at 0930 Sunday morning. The wind had shifted to the south and increased to 12-15 knots with partly cloudy skies. Once again the fleet headed across Lewis Bay for racing with the Lasers starting first. The wind direction was consistent with gusts providing a challenge for some of the sailors. The Lasers completed a double round robin with five races for the day and eight for the regatta. The Radials completed eight races for the day for a round robin of eleven for the regatta. Congratulations to Chapman Peterson (Hotchkiss), Leyton Borcherding (Brunswick), and Grace Austin (Greenwich Academy) who will represent NESSA at the Cressy Singlehanded nationals in Santa Barbara November 2/3, 2019.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
