42 high school sailors from seven schools showed up for the 2nd annual New Orleans Yacht Club Girl's High School Regatta. Racing started on time at 10:30. With temperatures in the mid 90s and the heat index well over 100 and a light wind from the Northeast at about five miles per hour; only four races were sailed in each division for the safety of the sailors. Sailors still had a great time and enjoyed swimming in the lake and listening to music from the rotation boat. Racing ended at about 2:00. No protests or breakdowns were reported. Special thanks to Southern Yacht Club for providing two of the nine 420s used in the regatta.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
