Light forecast winds on Mill Creek greeted the 15 teams that gathered for the VISA "fun" regatta. A-division launched in a northerly breeze of less than 5 knots. They sailed a modified Olympic triangle course in race A-1 which was shortened to a triangle for the dying breeze of race A-2. The mark-set boat was kept busy as the winds veered throughout the morning. The B-fleet started with a triangle (only lasting 15 minutes) and the committee decided to try another "triangle with a hot dog" as the breeze seemed to settle in at 2-3 knots. Unfortunately after the triangle it fell out and the first boat took 28 minutes to finish the course, with the remaining boats searching out any available zephyrs. B-fleet was left on the water hoping to get a third race in but after sitting becalmed for 30 minutes and with no breeze on the horizon the race committee abandoned racing at 1:00.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
