Steady, oscillating breeze from the north, medium chop, and chill air did not impede five teams competing for glory on Mill Creek in what was the third installation of the Peninsula Team Racing Series. Hampton Roads Academy went undefeated and undeterred despite the efforts of their opponents. This was the final meeting of these teams before competing in the VISA Team Racing Championships.
