Twenty-four teams from 15 schools presented at the Rappahannock River for fleet racing. Teams were divided into 2 fleets on the same course. The first team from each school (Team 1's and a few Team 2's) competed in FJ's and are scored as the Team 1 Regatta, while additional teams (Team 2-6's) competed in 420's and are scored as the team 2 regatta. Todays races were delayed due to light wind. Boats were launched at 0955 hours. The wind started from the east at below 7 knots and died, causing the first 420 (Team 2) race to be abandoned. The wind later picked up, and switched to the west. The overall top three finishes are: ChristChurch School Seahorses #1; Norfolk Academy #2; Norfolk Collegiate #2. The top three finishes in A division are: CCS#1; CCS#2; NOCO#2. The top three finishes in B Division are: NA#1; NA#2; CCS#1.
