The annual Banks Blackwell Regatta started with gray skies, 60 degrees, and a fresh breeze from the SSW. First warning was a 1000 with the wind at 13-16 kts, dropping to 10-12 shortly after the start. The skies cleared near 1130, just in time for a races 3 and 4, before lunch ashore at 1230. Racing resumed at 1310, with winds of 12 to 16 kts, and concluded at 1508, with 7 races for both A and B fleet.
