Summary

Saturday, October 3:

Covid prevention was key. One division only. Sailors stayed in same boat all day. No skippers meeting or awards. Only sailing.

North breeze on the Ashley River between James Island and the Battery. Started out at 12 knots with gusts close to 20. At the end of the day 8 knots from Northwest getting a bit shifty.

12 races with James Island 2 winning a majority of races followed by Wando 2. James Island 1 took 3rd overall. For the first event we invited all local teams. The Berkeley score was actually Lucy Beckham High School. This was their first ever regatta.

Great racing from 12-4:30 pm.
