The second Wednesday of the NJISA Fall Series featured 16 teams from 12 schools on a 70 degree afternoon in Toms River. Eight W4 races were completed in a shifty southerly breeze that lightened as the sun set.
Christian Brothers Academy was the decisive winner of the afternoon. Ranney, Donovan Catholic 2, Toms River North and Christian Brothers 2 rounded out the top-five. CBA won both the A division and B division. One team was penalized for missing pinnies.
Thanks to MAST’s Keith Kiernan for running the races, Jack Hammond for assisting on the RC boat, and Dave Magno for setting the marks. TRYC and OCC generously supplied the facilities and 420 fleet.
