Perfect October sailing conditions at CYC for the Autumn Classic. 7 races were sailed in each division with north/northeast winds from 4-9kts all day.
Winds from 12-18kts out of the east provided us with large waves coming toward shore. 3 A-division races were sailed inside of the harbor, and 3 B-division races were sailed outside of the harbor to make for 10 races total in each division. Congratulations to St. Ignatius (1st), New Trier (2nd), Loyola (3rd), and Walter Payton (4th) for qualifying for the Great Lakes Championship regatta to be held at CYC - Monroe on November 6-7.
Thank you PRO Jen Steffler, RC members Amy Smith, Chris Collins, and Mary Judd for a great course all weekend, Cameron Borkowski for maintaining the CYC Fleet, and coach Hector for assisting with markset. Thanks to MISSA Rep Zac Hernandez for supporting the event.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
