It was a spectacular day on the North Coast of Cleveland. 16 sailors participated in the Pat S. Parker JV regatta hosted by The Foundry at the Historic Coast Guard Station. Teams from Hoover, Leatherlips, Mentor and Grosse Point South were in attendance. The weather was that of a perfect Fall day, plenty of sunshine, 75 degrees and winds out of the SW at 4-9 knots. The Southwest breeze presented the race committee with challenging conditions as the wind direction was up and down all day and shifty. Big shout out to our PRO Tim Yanda and crew for their patience and great work on the race course. 3 races were completed with Westerville North JV taking first place overall, New Albany JV second and Westerville Central JV placing 3rd overall. The Foundry appreciates the support of Parker Hannifin as the sponsor for this regatta.
