The first day of the regatta was sailed in 4-8kts of breeze coming from the south, featuring 15 degree oscillations every 10 minutes. Teams were forced to utilize there knowledge of headers and lifts on both the windward and leeward legs. The day featured a protest hearing and an analysis of leeward mark rounding rules.
The second day of the regatta featured a light northeasterly breeze which continued to clock east throughout the day. There were strong performances from sailors in both fleets as they used their lightwind sailing skills to maneuver their way up to the windward mark. Racing was ultimately canceled after the wind shut off at 1:40. The regatta contained 8 competitive races for the A division and 6 for the B division.
