Fog delayed the start of the regatta until 1300. Racing commenced at this time with light wind. Teams competed in 3 races each of both A and B divisions. The wind died out in early afternoon forcing an early end to racing.
Sunday was a much better day with winds from the SW at 5-8 knots holding fairly steady. Teams competed in 7 more races for a total of 10 races in each of the A and B divisions. There were no protests. Much thanks to the Allstate Sugar Bowl Committee and Southern Yacht Club for their outstanding organization and support!
